Terms of Service

1. General provisions

This document governs the relationship between WhiteLands (hereinafter "Provider", "we") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "Client", "you") that places an order through the form on the site, Telegram bot or API at white-lands.com.

By submitting an order, you confirm you have read these terms and agree to them.

2. What we provide

WhiteLands provides a static landing page generation service (hereinafter "landers") delivered as ZIP archives containing ready HTML, CSS, JavaScript and supporting files.

What is NOT included in the service:

  • Domain name registration (the Client handles this themselves)
  • Lander hosting (the Client chooses and pays for this themselves)
  • Ad campaign setup (Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Any guarantee that YOUR specific campaign will pass the ad platform's moderation review

3. Orders and payment

3.1. Procedure

  1. Client places an order via the form at /en/order, the Telegram bot or the API: pack/quantity, lander type, niche, language, geo, contact method.
  2. Payment: cryptocurrency USDT (TRC20/BEP20), Monobank (₴) or the prepaid account balance.
  3. Payment is credited automatically (on-chain / Monobank detector) or confirmed manually.
  4. Once payment is confirmed, generation starts automatically; finished landers are delivered as ZIP links (in the cabinet, Telegram or via the API).

3.2. Pricing

Base prices are listed at /en/pricing. Final cost may vary based on volume, lander type, niche specifics, turnaround time.

Default — full prepayment. For repeat clients (3+ orders) more flexible payment is possible by arrangement.

3.3. Discounts

Volume, referral, repeat client — details in FAQ.

3.4. Balance & top-ups

The Client can top up the account balance (USDT or Monobank) and spend it on landers, the pool and the API. Volume bonuses may apply (see /topup).

The balance (top-ups, bonuses, referral credits) is intended ONLY to pay for our services and is NOT withdrawable as money or exchangeable for cash. Unspent balance stays on the account.

4. Delivery and ownership

After generation completes, Provider sends Client links to the ZIP archives via Telegram or email.

Files are stored on Provider's servers for 30 days from delivery. After that they are automatically deleted.

After delivery and payment, the Client receives full rights to use, modify and commercially exploit the delivered files. Provider retains no source rights and cannot restrict further use.

5. Warranties and liability

Provider guarantees:

  • Uniqueness of structure and code for each lander (anti-footprint obfuscation at the HTML, CSS, JS level)
  • Functional state of files — they open in any modern browser
  • Compliance with the technical specs stated at order time
  • Legal pages (Privacy, Terms, Cookies) bundled in

Provider does NOT guarantee:

  • Passing moderation on Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok or any other ad platform in any specific case (this depends on the offer's vertical, the campaign setup, and the platform's current algorithms)
  • Conversion / ROAS / campaign profitability
  • That the Client's ad account will not be banned

Provider's total liability is limited to the amount of the specific order.

6. Regeneration and refunds

6.1. Free regeneration

Within a single order the Client has the right to request free regeneration of any lander if:

  • The lander has technical defects (broken HTML, won't open in browsers)
  • The content doesn't match the specified niche or language
  • The lander failed ad-platform moderation due to obvious code or content issues

6.2. Refunds

A refund is possible in the following cases:

  • Provider cannot fulfil the order for technical reasons
  • Provider hasn't fulfilled the order within 5 days past the agreed deadline (without valid reasons)

A partial refund is possible, proportional to the unfulfilled portion of the order.

Refunds for "didn't like it" / "didn't convert in my campaign" — not offered.

Balance top-ups are non-refundable as money — funds remain on the balance and are used for future orders.

7. Prohibited verticals

Provider reserves the right to refuse service for orders involving the following content:

  • Child sexual abuse material, exploitation of minors
  • Calls to violence, terrorism, extremism
  • Illegal trade in weapons, narcotics, human trafficking
  • Fraud (phishing, fake investment platforms involving direct deception)
  • Content infringing third-party copyright

If such content is identified during generation — the order is terminated and funds are fully refunded.

8. Confidentiality

Personal data processing and cookie policy are covered in a separate document: Privacy Policy.

Provider commits not to disclose to third parties the details of orders (niche, volume, target markets) without explicit Client consent.

9. Changes to terms

Provider may unilaterally update these terms. The current version is always available at /en/terms. Last update date is shown at the top of the document.

Orders placed before changes are governed by the version in effect at order time.
