1. Service

white-lands.com is an AI-powered landing-page generator. You own what you generate. We own the software that generates it.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password safe.

3. Credits

Credits purchased are non-refundable but do not expire. Each generation consumes one credit. Failed generations return the credit automatically.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the generator to produce content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, misleading, or harmful. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages. Maximum aggregate liability equals the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
